Now the new website is finished, I wanted to send a great big thanks from all of us here to yourself, Caroline and Andrew.

From day one, with our huge and complicated wish list, all the criteria have been more than met.

As we have progressed with the site build, your understanding of where we as a company want to be, along with the imaginative input and ideas put forward by yourself and the team, has created even greater usability and functionality for visitors to our site. This especially seen in identifying the flaws found in our competitors sites, notably in the areas of searching for availability.

It's been a long road guys, the nature of the business throwing up a lot of puzzles to solve, variants to accommodate, but all the boxes have been ticked.

It's only five weeks since we went live, and I am happy to report bookings are higher than ever before, which given the credit crunch, is amazing.

Visitor comments are many and positive, with the main goal being endorsed, this by so many telling us the site is not only the best looking they have found, but the easiest to use - perfect!
